Marcelo Chris Camargo is a civil engineer by training and a builder by instinct.
He started his career in heavy construction bridges, retaining walls, industrial slabs learning early that concrete doesn’t lie and rebar doesn’t forgive. That grounding stuck with him. Long before he touched a turbine or an inverter, he knew how to read soil reports, spec a mix design, and argue with a batch plant operator about slump.
He moved into energy infrastructure because that’s where the real engineering challenges were. Hydro penstocks. Wind tower foundations. Substation pads that had to hold 100 ton transformers through seismic events. He saw too many renewable projects fail not on the electrical side, but on the civil side settling foundations, drainage failures, access roads that washed out in the first storm.

James Amund is a civil engineer who spent his early career on large-scale earthworks dam embankments, highway corridors, and mining infrastructure. He knows how to move dirt efficiently, control water, and compact subgrade until it’s like rock.
He partnered with Marcelo because he saw the same gap: renewable energy projects needed civil engineering that understood the heavy side of the house, not just the electrical.
Chief Operating Officer & Senior Engineer
Peter Ronald is a senior engineer who runs the operational side of the house scheduling, logistics, procurement, and crew coordination. He’s the one who makes sure the right people, materials, and equipment arrive at the right site at the right time.
He came up through project engineering and field management, so he understands the gap between the drawing board and the dirt. He knows that a perfect design means nothing if the crane isn’t booked or the rebar delivery is late.
James is the guy who gets the call when something goes sideways. He doesn’t panic. He solves. He reroutes. He finds a workaround. He keeps the project moving while everyone else is still figuring out what went wrong.
Project Manager & Civil Engineer
Isaiah Tute is a civil engineer who manages our projects from the first site visit to the final handover. He’s the bridge between the client, the design team, and the crews in the field.
He came up through site engineering setting out foundations, checking rebar, running compaction tests so he knows what actually works on the ground. He doesn’t just forward emails. He walks the site, talks to the foreman, and catches issues before they become problems.
Isaiah is the one who keeps the schedule honest. He tracks every milestone, every delivery, every crew rotation. He flags delays early and finds ways to recover lost time without cutting corners.
He also handles the client relationship. He gives straight answers no fluff, no excuses. If it’s behind, he says so. If it’s ahead, he’s already thinking about what to tackle next.
That’s the core of it. Civil engineers who understand heavy infrastructure. Senior engineers who’ve been in the field long enough to know what works. Project managers who keep the trains running on time. And a COO who won’t let us overcommit.
